All payments must be made by credit card, no cheques please. UBCM accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card payment must process successfully to complete registration for the 2024 UBCM Convention

Pre-Registration Deadline

Advanced Registration CLOSES at 4:30 pm September 6th
Registration and amendments can be made in person at the Convention Delegate Services desk (VCC East). Phone calls and emails after September 6 will not be accepted.

Modify Your Registration

To make any changes to your registration, login with the delegate's email address and the registration number shown on your receipt.

Refund Policy

100% refund available, if cancelled by August 6, 2023. 50% refund if cancelled between August 7 - August 19 and no refund thereafter.

Childminding Service

Childminding Services will be available onsite during the daytime convention program. Registration must be received by August 16 2024. Please contact Raisa or click here for more information.
