Successful applicants must confirm their session description, session title, and list of presenters with UBCM by August 8 ^th, for inclusion in the Convention Program.

Should proponents fail to meet the above deadline, the Convention Committee may substitute with another proposal.

Presenters must agree to submit all PowerPoint and multimedia files for their presentation to the Convention Presentation Management upload site no later than September 11^th.

Due to the high volume of presentations we cannot guarantee that presentation files submitted after this deadline will be properly formatted and uploaded to the Presentation Management System.
