Payment Methods

All payments must be made by credit card. UBCM accepts VISA and MasterCard. Credit card payment must process successfully to complete registration for the 2026 UBCM Convention.

Registration Code Information

Registration codes have been mailed to Life Members, MLAs, MPs, Cabinet Ministers, and Sister Organizations.

If you belong to one of these groups and did not receive your registration letter with a code, please contact convention@ubcm.ca for assistance.

Registration and Amendments

Registration and amendments can be done online up to and including Convention week. Amendments for extra fee events done after September 7 may not be reflected on your printed badge, UBCM staff at the event door will be able to confirm your amendment for entry. For all new registrations made during Convention week, badges will be available for pick up at Delegate Services. In-person registration will also be open from September 14-18 during Convention. Please note that phone calls and emails after September 7 will not be returned.

Modify Your Registration

To make any changes to your registration, login with the delegate's email address and the registration number shown on your receipt.

Refund Policy

Cancellations MUST be in writing.
Full Refund By July 31, 2026
50% Refund Aug 1 – Aug 14
No Refund After Aug 14

For all refunds, please email your name and registration number to convention@ubcm.ca. Refunds will be processed post-Convention.

Childminding Service

Childminding Services will be available onsite during the daytime convention program. Registration must be received by August 14 2026. Please click here for more information.
