All payments must be made by credit card, no cheques please. UBCM accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card payment must process successfully to complete registration for the 2023 UBCM Convention
Pre-Registration Deadline
Advanced Registration CLOSES at 4:30 pm September 8th
Registration and amendments can be made in person at the Convention Delegate Services desk. Phone calls and emails after September 8 will not be accepted.
Modify Your Registration
To make any changes to your registration, login with your contact person's email address and the registration number shown on your receipt.
Refund Policy
100% refund available, if cancelled by August 4, 2023. 50% refund if cancelled between August 5 - August 18 and no refund thereafter.
Childminding Service
Childminding Services will be available onsite during the daytime convention program. Registration must be received by August 18 2023. Please contact Raisa or click here for more information.
